LOS ANGELES, CA, January 9th -- A segment on the
CNN program "NewsNight with Aaron Brown" today opened with
the chorus to the song "I Still Believe in Bigfoot" by Danny

BIGFOOT BUFF SINGING THE BLUES

BETHESDA, Md. (Wireless Flash) -- The current debate
over whether or not Bigfoot exists has one Bigfoot buff singing
the blues. Danny Freyer has just recorded "I Still Believe In
Bigfoot," a bluesy swamp rock tune that suggests believing in
Bigfoot is as American as apple pie. Some of the lyrics include
"They claim it was a hoax by a wise old fool/ Who carved
16-inch footprints with an iron tool/ But we all saw the movie
of a Bigfoot mama struttin'/ Walking past the camera just like
Dolly Parton." The 27-year-old Freyer admits he's never seen
Bigfoot but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist and points out
that "they said they caught bin Laden and he's still living." So
far, Freyer's song is getting a big response among Bigfoot
researchers. That's only a small part of the music- buying
public, but he doesn't mind since "that's more than any of my
